After a five-year break working in an executive support role within the healthcare sector, where she developed advanced skills in stakeholder management, operations, and working under pressure, Nicole is now refocused on the industry she genuinely enjoys and is committed to.

Nicole holds a Real Estate Certification and is currently studying towards a Master of Business Administration, alongside completing a Leadership Development Program through Ramsay Health Care. She has been consistently recognised for her reliability, professionalism, and high performance in fast-paced environments, with senior leaders and stakeholders regularly praising her communication and relationship-building skills. She's proud of the long-term career she's built in real estate, her successful transition into a trusted executive support role in healthcare, and her track record of driving process improvements that support teams to do their best work.
